10 years. To us it seems like a long time, but honestly it’s just the beginning in some ways of our journey. Today we celebrate 10 years of being in business after what started small in 2002. How do we look at this modest accomplishment and reflect on it? Our first reaction is that there is justification for a firm like ours that believes in producing quality and consistency for our clients. Without these clients there is no 10 year anniversary and no future to be told. So we must thank our clients, and then we must thank our staff of dedicated, hardworking people who work tirelessly every day to advance our clients’ growth goals. Those are the two key elements to sustainable growth as a business and they are driven by individual contributors not only amongst our clients but our team. Listen, service businesses are tough and yet very much needed. In this era of automation, technology and software it is sometimes easy to overlook the individuals who make organizations what they are and what they are capable of. People ask if we think we will make 20 years. We look at it very simply. It’s up to our clients and staff working further together to accomplish great things, and whatever they think will determine when and how this business progresses. So we look forward to the next 10 months, 10 years or 10 decades or whatever our fate truly is!
