We are often asked, how did you get into this business of B2B appointment setting and outsourced sales services? It’s a really tough business with many competitors, isn’t it?

The answer is simple. A decade ago, we saw a need in the marketplace for high level, sophisticated and dynamically effective teleprospecting and appointment setting services, especially in the technology sector. So in 2002, our founders (all seasoned sales executives) set out to solve this problem by dramatically changing the traditional call center model. Our founders developed a unique teleprospecting methodology and trained an elite team of veteran sales professionals to utilize this distinctly inside/direct sales focused model with a solution selling, components-based approach to achieve higher value B2B lead generation results for clients.

Today, over 1300 successful appointment setting campaigns and hundreds of millions of net-new pipeline dollars later, we still believe meeting a new potential client face-to-face still matters – perhaps now more than ever.
